How about this one, 13 minutes after the Suns announced they will sign Gordon. "Eric Gordon told me this: "I strongly feel (the Suns) are the right franchise for me. Phoenix is just where my heart is.''"
ESPN analysts in all sports are losing credibilty by the day The only sport where ESPN still has cred with their analysts is college hoops
slight change of topic. Do you guys think groupies can be accountable as reliable sources? They might know a lot about what certain player maybe thinking. I was just thinking.
That dude Schefter actually has sources though. Him and Woj legitimately are like 90% correct when they give out news it seems.
So much ass kissing pro basketball, it's ridiculous. Every star has a few "journalist" in their back pocket who shill for them. Every team has mouthpieces in their local paper. Or everything gets blown out of proportion for drama and ratings. Dear God, why couldn't Dish have dumped ESPN instead of AMC?
Twitter has killed journalism, guys no longer have time to really dig deep and find stories, because it will get out with someone else just to be the guy that says "FIRST" !
The best part about this one is that quote was part of the original news release put out about his signing. Broussard made it seem like that was something Gordon told him in a one-on-one conversation.
Y'all really twisted that tweet into something it's not. There's nothing wrong with it. He didn't claim to break the story and "source" is a vague term in this instance.
Chris Mortenson really needs to just give up trying to stay with Schefter, that guy gets his news as it breaks when it breaks. Plus Schefter doesn't have that stutter Mort has, ga-ga-ga-get it out already old man!
