A lot of crazy in the world - the perpetrator allegedly yelled "Britain first". https://www.google.com/amp/www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/36550304?client=safari#
A guy who has lived int he same house for 30 years and is on record about how much a local mental illness facility has helped him was arguing with another guy. She tried to break up the argument and was killed.
The UK is going through its own out of control nativist movement at the moment (not that different than the nutjobs that Trump is pandering to). The Conservatives there (like the Republicans here) have been playing with fire when it comes to their tough talk on EU migrants and immigration as a whole and now its finally starting to show its ugly side. The whole Brexit debacle is the culmination of this madness. Very sad to see something like this happen.
As Bandwagoner posted earlier, it seems like this was much more random and based on mental illness than it was a political assassination.
Completely opposite for me. Even with all the craziness, it's nothing compared to history. I'm very upbeat.
