I didn’t ask. Do I need to in order to have an opinion? The FSB under Putin has a documented history of attempting to undermine our relations with our allies. As I said, it could have also come from within the UK government. Heck, it could have come from a brilliant individual having fun hacking high end encoded governmental communications and causing trouble. It wouldn’t be the first time. I gave my own speculation. In any event, I agree with the ambassador’s assessment of trump. Do you?
Person A, rumored to say: Person B seems to be very insecure. Person B: No I'm not! oh hai everyone in world, I'm not talking to person A ever again!
It does, and while I don't expect the Ambassador to survive the unfortunate publication of secret communications between him and his government due to trump's juvenile response, entirely predictable, I admire a great deal the initial statement of support by Her Majesty's government. I hope they continue to support Sir Darroch, but my guess is that he will voluntarily offer to step down in order to spare Her Majesty any embarrassment that might have been caused by the illegal leak of his secret official correspondence to the ministry in London. I'm hoping that no apology to Mr trump is forthcoming. He certainly doesn't deserve one, and the insults he is currently spouting should make an apology even less likely. We'll see.
butthurt-in-chief having another temper tweetrum about getting his fweelings hurt by England's ambassador who observed that trump was insecure and inept... gee, I wonder where the ambassador got that idea (lol at trump ending his three tweet rant by thanking himself)?
Why? Many possibilities. Maybe be there are folks in Britain who are not Trump fans and want to embarrass him, or folks in the British government who are not big fans of the right wingers in power there. Maybe the Iranians or N. Koreans or the Chinese or the Venezuelans did it.
