Bring this man back to the Rockets

He show that in the Finals he can still have flashes of his old self. The way he effortlessly move the ball, command the double team, and then kick it out to shooters is a real beauty.

Look at Kawhi Leonard and how much T-Mac you see in him during this playoff run. T-Mac has been tutoring him on moves and he can do the same for us! Plus having vets on the Rockets will be a big desirability since we let most of them go.

He's going to be relatively cheap and I know he would not mind riding the coattails of Harden (dare I say Howard) to contention. And for nostalgia sake, this man was the face of our franchise at one point, lets let him retire as a Rocket.

    Is this real life

But to give a serious reply - No.

He couldn't get past his man which is why all he could do was pass. He couldn't hit a jumper. And lord knows he can't (or won't) play D. He would only be a distraction on the team. Besides, we have our own LeBron-wannabe.

Did he played a minute in the finals? But a limping Tmac as your 12th man? I can deal with that.

During garbage time? If you want him coaching, bring him as some kind coach to coach Parsons. He's just not worth the effort to get as a player anymore
