    Hopefully he jumped the gun. I'm not a doctor nor have I torn my acl, but doesn't he need an MRI to diagnose this? I guess they've seen it enough to know the symptoms, but hopefully it's not as bad as they think and he'll be back come playoffs... Yeah, maybe I'm in denial or maybe I'm trying to be optimistic.

    ZBS has nothing to do with it. That was NOT a play-side LEGAL cut block. Slauson came on Cushing's blind side and cut him down from the BACK. That was the definition of an ILLEGAL CHOP BLOCK. Just a complete bushleague move by Slauson, and I'm hoping that he gets punished for it. Cushing wasn't even involved in the play for Christ's sake! Just a gut-wrenching play all around. I really wish the best for Cushing.....it must absolutely destroy him to know he's out for what could potentially be a special season for the Texans. Players like him are what make this team so great.

    hard to enjoy being 5-0 knowing cushing might be out the whole season. guess i'm going to sleep a very sad fan tonight. :(
