    Those guys didn't work hard and didn't deserve to win. Yao worked his ass off and dedicated his life to being a better player and teammate and gave it all to try and help the rockets win. That is why we are all sad for him

    This. CH, you can't be serious. Yao was supposed to be one of the best centers in the L. I gotta say him retiring with a whimper due to injuries has got to be right up there with Ralph Sampson as the Rox's greatest could have been.

    I guess with his retirement we can now put to a close the Yao-Mac era as one of the biggest disappointments in Rox history, but honestly they're still two of my fav players ever. Good luck in your life moving forward Yao. Thank you for the memories.

    All the best big guy! you were the main reason that drew me to the rockets. You are retiring but i will still support the team and lurk in this forum. battier and yao, i miss them both. cheers from aussie land.

    I haven't posted on CF in forever. Yao will be missed. Its gonna be a different Rockets team, I just wish this lockout wasn't going down.
