He was one of the few guys that knew how to handle Ron Artest. Don’t F around with the ball, just go around him.
Poor guy had a really bright looking NBA future and got completely derailed by knee problems. Now you're making a fat shaming thread about him? Cmon you are better than that.
Haha, calling me out, is like a respectful thing to do either? Why would I make a shaming thread when a lot of us including myself are growing bigger by the minute as well? Think about that. It's a Then and Now thread. (I have not heard from the guy in like forever) IMHO He looks like Brazilian Ronaldo, the bigger one, happens that he is a lot slimmer than the actual Ronaldo. I got no bad conscience posting a former legendary soccer player. Spoiler He isn't actually fat, that was what you thought, his face just grew, his physique looks decent for someone not playing ball anymore. For someone who preaches positivity, you seem awfully 'aggressive' yourself. To clear things up, not that I need to do it.
Rockets wanted him and he got drafted one spot ahead and we ended up with Rudy Gay. I remember wanting Roy on the Rockets so bad. He was a baller for sure. . .
B. Roy was such a f-cking head ache. He doesn't look that big, he wears his weight in his cheeks like Morey. Speak for yourself. I'm intermittent fasting on the Keto diet. max gains and my body is a fat burning furnace! My germatria score is at 33!
Loved him as a player, i was so pissed at the time when we couldn't draft him for one call...but in the end we were lucky, we got Gay Battier and also thanks to him built an amazing team in those years so, i was ok in the end.
Brandon Roy is one of the most underrated players ever. I watched the Blazers regularly back then, because of Roy. At his (short-lived) peak, he was just as good as Kobe and Wade. He was the best closer in the NBA. The problem was nobody cared because (1) he played in Portland and (2) Nate McMillan's offense was boring, uncreative and extremely slow-paced.
