Black lives matter vs. All lives matter (an experiment)

Like to see him try that today in Austin with a "Oklahoma Lives Matter" sign or next week in the UT section of the Cotton Bowl.

 

So, I watched your video. What conclusion should I reach? I'm a bit confused, to be quite honest. Perhaps your commentary could shed light on what your purpose was in posting this video.

It's just a social experiment, the results speak for themselves. There's a lot of anger and racism in the black community these days and this exposed a bit of it. It would be like a black man showing up in a KKK friendly neighborhood in Alabama 50 years ago with a sign that looked similar to a "white power" sign only it was a non-racist version....you'd probably have the same reaction. That's kind of the state of things today sad as that sounds.

 

"black lives matters" is a statement that says "we count as people too"

"all lives matter" is a statement that says - "stop whining about your problems black people, you're not special" and is used by people who deny racism exist.

You can usually tell a racist because they can't understand why "all lives matter" is offensive to black people and "black lives matter" is not to whites

 

Ah yes and if a white person had a "white power" sign that would simply mean that "we have power too" right?

If "all lives matter" signs offend a person, then it says a lot of bad things about that person.

 

The skittles and hoodie "experiment" was far more eye opening.

 

What was that experiment? Did you have a teenage white kid assault a black man with a gun to see what would happen?

 

Black Lives Matter has its problems and clearly people have their opinions about it, how they go about their business, and its efficacy. That being said, it was a movement started to show people in outside communities how blacks are being treated by law enforcement and to try to bring change.

All Lives Matter was formed in response to black lives matter.

 

True, "All Lives Matter" is a non-divisive, all inclusive movement formed in response to a racist movement.

 

Im not sure Joey Salad is qualified enough to be a White guy

 

There are TONS of these "Experiments" on Youtube. It's really easy to go around asking people a question and framing it one way or another. Shame on people thinking this proves any thing other than revealing how this particular Youtuber feels about the issue.

 

I wouldn't piss on a BLM supporter even if they were on fire.

 

All lives matter has done nothing to address any issue. It is simply in place to silence what BLM is saying.

Can you show me how BLM is racist?

Like I said in my original post, there are plenty of issues around and caused by BLM, but to assume their intent is to disrupt, cause chaos, and divide our country is just stupid. All lives matter is a diversion of the subject BLM is trying to discuss. If all lives matter, then you should be there alongside BLM.

 

If you were on fire I'd still save your pathetic life.

 

I'm a productive member of society, you would be doing the world a favor.
