    Sorry but that's just dumb. You can't create the empire he has purely on luck. Is he a ruthless businessman? Heck yeah. Is he narcissistic? Find me a billionaire and/or highly successful person that isn't in some form or fashion. It's how he uses those skills that will be important.

    We don't have any idea what kind of owner he'll be.

    Absolutely. If Jesus Christ came down and purchased the Rockets, there would be people b****ing about our "overrated" owner who won't be able to perform any miracles to save our team.

    Yes, everyone prolly likes Landry's seafood but the common man at the game just wants his fix of $1 beer and tacos. Makes the game more pleasurable...

    How is the lower bowl situation supposed to get fixed? They will always be the pricier tickets that the rich and corporations will buy.

    Assuming there isn't some random NBA deadline I see no reason why one couldn't complete the process in 10 months.

    I see how it will be right given he hasn't closed this deal yet and that'll take a while, then I'm sure there are NBA deadlines.

    But next year is obviously better... since in two years the freshness of his new ownership will fade a bit.

    But happy to wait if they can't get it 1,000% right.

    Sorry but that's stupid. I know EXACTLY what kind of owner he'll be. He'll create a crappy product that appeals to the least common denominator. You should buy season tickets.
