Recently, I was thinking about the best lineup to take on the Warriors Death Lineup (Curry/Thompson/Iguodala/Barns/Green). My thought was running Harden/McDaniel/Ariza/Smith/Capella match up against the Warriors 4th quarter. I think that Smith is athletic enough to keep up with Barns, KJ can cover Steph, Harden can stop Klay, and Ariza would lock down Iguodala. Capella is athletic enough and strong enough to back down Draymond. I believe the lineup I put together could limit 4th quarter damage. What do you guys think?

Your lineup can't score outside of Harden, so it would lock up Rockets more than GSW.

Harden, KJ, Ariza, Beas, Dmo... rebounding might be an issue

Harden, KJ, Ariza, Smoove, Dmo may be better

JB not going to go there. He will play Terry, Bev, Harden, Brewer and Josh / Capela.

Beas is actually a better rebounder than DMO

so that Harden, KJ, Ariza, Beas, Dmo
    or
    Harden, KJ, Ariza, Beas, Smoove

    Bev | Harden | KJ | Ariza | Josh

    High variance. Our best shot.

Harden, Brewer (gasp...I know), Ariza, Beasley, Smith

Long, athletic, can run, create, all 5 can handle the ball and score.

As long as Brewer doesn't guard Livingston. Brewer was his b**** in last year's WCF.

    Bev/Harden/KJ/Ariza/Capela

would be a pesky defensive group to deal with that could still score...

The key to winning is simple, play Bev, Harden, Ariza, Beasley and Smith. That's the best and most balanced lineup we can put out there, if only JB had the balls to go with it during the season and letting them gel a bit.

Ultimate lineup (if u can ignore all-super-star dumb policy) would be:
    C. Dmo
    Pf. Beas
    F.Ariza
    Sg. Harden
    Pg. Bev
If Jbb tries to beat Gsw with speed or try to get close to their speed - instat fail and end of season. Team has to try to slow them down, defend hard, play rugby-basketball, like spurs did in last game. Thats the only key. I wont deny, Im Dmos native, but that is not only reason Į added him to lineup. Howard likes to mess around, his attitude is issue. His effortless plays are issue. He is so talented, but lazy. And Dmo gets job done, or at least he tries to get it done. And he is better scorer than Capela. Thats it. Good luck, red nation!

And guys, stop posting lineups that "can run". Its ridiculious. Would u try to beat Usain Bolt in 100m by running faster? No. It's impossible and plain stupid. U have to create obsticles, so he cant run. And in this game, Rockets have to control the tempo. If they allow them to "splash" - done, end, finito, pabaiga.

I'd go with Bev/Harden/Ariza/Beas/Smith (good mix of D, offense, rebounding) or Capela or Bev/Harden/KJ/Ariza/Smith or Capela (less offense without Beas but more athletic on both ends with KJ in)
