McLemore has a second non-guaranteed year on his contract at the vet minimum. So he's a Rocket through 2020-21...as long as the Rockets want to hold onto him. If he's really good throughout those two years, the Rockets could re-sign him with Early Bird rights in 2021.
Good for him for hitting his wide open 3s last night. 8/17 is pretty good. I wlll give him props for that. But Dude is still bad. He's bad at everything except shooting where he is mediocre but can catch fire once in a while.

Goes to show you guys don't really watch the team regularly. Mclemore has been very solid, even when he was missing. His defense & overall hustle is why he's been getting PT. Now that his shot is falling ppl are noticing him. But he's been consistently solid all year

Ben McLemore is a solid NBA player. Efficient bulk threes, fearless, always hustling. I have loved watching this dude gain his confidence with us. You can tell he has at last found renewed joy in hooping. So happy to be along for the ride. Another absurd find by Dork Elvis. Kudos to Mike for sticking with him.
Didnt know if someone brought this up but he signed a 3 year deal with Barcelona, He is the highest paid euro player ever. Something like 26 mil. Peaced out of the nba, probably cause GM'S keep using him as trade bait to get better players, he was moved around there alot what NO, Mil, Chicago.. hehe
With mclemore, i think he pretty good to be your 5th scorer option, the guy has a good shot from what i seen, and can drive.
Ben is better than shampert. Assume Westbrooks equals to Cp3. If you use last year team for comparison to check whether we have upgrade or downgrade. Who can be our Faried? Is that Harkinstein?
He is who he is skill-wise, but he's been gaining confidence as the season's progressed, and his wavering confidence was a large reason why he's been a "journeyman" for his career. He's never been a part of a winning team, and you can tell Harden/Russ believe in him as a shooter, when they clearly had their doubts to start the year when he was thrown into the rotation out of necessity. What's crazy is that he has the highest On/Off on the team, with only Harden being close. That stat can always be skewed by a number of factors, but it's impressive nonetheless: McLemore: +13.2 Harden: +12.7 House: +0.7 Capela: -1.1 Westbrook: -2.7 Rivers: -3.7 Tucker: -3.8 Tucker's On/Off is going to be especially skewed because he's usually in the game while to chase around the LeBron/Kawhi types.
