Back when getting to the second round was like winning a championship... The emotion, the tears. Ohhh the good old days of choking T-mac and broken Yao. Now? It's like another day in the office.
Yes I long for the days of JB Bickerstaff game plans and Corey Brewer corner threes, and 41-41 seasons...ah those were the days.
I get what you are saying. This first round wasn't nearly as exciting as rounds of the playoffs in the past. The Rockets didn't look their best, but still won pretty easily. In the past I would have been so excited about winning a playoff round. And this year I'm not really, it was expected. But don't worry. Those days of intense playoff rounds and super exciting wins are coming
careful what you wish for. the playoffs aren't going to be some breeze as we go along and weve already seen the typical poster meltdowns especially in game 3.
What are you even talking about OP? According to ClutchFans, Harden is choking, CP3 is choking, we are barely winning games, we aren’t championship material, Jeff Teague killed us, thibs figured us out for everyone, role players can’t make shots. Apparently this has been an extremely grueling postseason so far. Regardless that we won 3 out of 4 by 18+
It only sucks because people complain about stupid stuff like how we should've swept and we shouldn't even be tied at halftime and stuff. It's harder to talk about the good times when surprisingly many people are so hell bent on looking for negatives for lord knows what reason. I loved this series just fine. Getting 3 blowout wins against a 47 win team is no small feat.
You know what sucks? Being delusional thinking your team has a chance against a contender. Look at the Wolves fans with their Wolves in 6 chants. I remember that feeling a lot. **** that.
