it looks to me that beverly was going to defend lilard and then parsons switch which was a terrible decision since lilard is quicker than parsons

You should just reference McHale's postgame.

Time to stop dwelling on one shot....the team lost the series by digging a deep hole time after time over six games.

Bev's injury has made it hard for him to fight through picks all series. But everything was wrong how we defended that play

It looks horrible in slow motion, what a dumb play.

Flawed team with flawed coach consistently making flawed decisions.

yeah, that last play fittingly was just another typical headscratcher of a bonehead play. we may have set a record for those types of mental errors. Poor focus, poor analysis, no leadership on court.

I mean you always prepare for the worst scenario and know how to respond or prevent it from happening? Instead it unfolded better than POR planned it. They should be ashamed of themselves.

If Jones is playing with his back to the guy passing it in, none of this matters

dang bev was on lillard between him & the ball, he was ready had his elbow on him, locked in !!! Don't think lillard would've even got the ball

Parsons switched and then decided to stay behind him ???

nothing else needs to be said, cant expect to win a series when your play is that sloppy...being young is not an excuse for being stupid

Lillard may still make it, but at least we knew we did all we could. Such a bad taste right now.

The shot didn't leave his hand until .5, the clock started at least .5 late.

everybody could have done something a little bit better besides Howard. TJ should have watched the play unfold and shifted to defend the pass to Lillard. Harden obviously should have switched. You can't expect Bev and Chandler to keep up with Lillard after two screens.

This is truly gresome to watch in slow-motion, so many mistakes. We didn't derserve to advance to the next round, plain and simple.

There's enough blame to spread around to all team members. It's easy to fixate on one play but it's really a series of plays over the course of the game.

The biggest problem with this team is their defense is pretty bad. That's the number one thing they need to worry about going forward imo.

We have enough offensive firepower where that is not really the issue. The issue is we couldn't get enough stops defensively. Poor defense against the 3 point shot has been going on all season long...not just this one game.

it was most likely a botched play designed by the team's defensive specialist james hardin. check it out at 40s. regardless we shouldn't dwell on a single play. anything could've happened
