It was suggested that the scandal had its own thread independent of the Baylor thread so Baylor fans could use it to just talk about on the field stuff. Mods, feel free to delete if you disagree. I have attempted to put together a rough summary of everything that has happened. Please let me know if you think something should be added or if something is inaccurate. Almost all of the descriptions were copy pastes from articles and not me interjecting.

Baylor Board of Regents release conclusions from Pepper Hamilton Report. Probably the most important document that barely anyone has read all the way through.

    Spoilerd:

Baylor announces it will not release "full" report consisting of the events that occurred within the program which motivated the published conclusions. The findings were delivered orally from Pepper Hamilton and no complete summary was ever drafted into a single or multiple documents.

It's been said that a "small minority" or donors want Briles back. One of those is Texas Rangers co-owner Bob Simpson. He was the lead donor for a 34 Million On-Campus Athletics and Academic Center called "The Simpson Center." I think the question is how much of baylor's total donations come from the top 3-4 donors.

It's also been reported that the push (whatever size) is for Briles to defend himself. I would be all for that because it would require details to be revealed in the report.

Richard Simmons celebrating a UT victory. It confused me coming from a Longhorn fan because it was clearly meant to mock Longhorn fans.

    :)

Mitch, that was the point. Seemed funny at the time, but I forgot. You have to be PC on this board, especially with this subject matter. It's real. No fun can be had.
