Here's the thing. I'm not one to give the FBI or government agencies free unlimited powers. I oppose that. If there was any evidence of a reason to have an investigation, I would be all for it.

I haven't seen a single reason that has withstood even the slightest bit of scrutiny to investigate. We know the reasons for the start of the investigation. They are solid, legal, and based in evidence.

You could say there is not really all that much to investigate.

It's already well known in terms of the what, how & when...

This is more a matter of making it all official I'd say.

the FBI falsely accused Carter Page of being an agent of Russia

the FBI used an admittedly unverified and now discredited dossier to spy on the opposition campaign

    that certainly warrants an investigation

Barr should hire W’s crack team that found WMD in Iraq.

The Dossier hasn't been discredited. Parts of it have been verified. I thought they investigated Carter Page rather than actually making a legal accusation and bringing him to trial. Was there a Carter Page trial?

The irony is rich and delicious! For two years you and your side sneeringly mocked Trump for being a Russian agent without having a single shred of evidence to support your accusations. Then Mueller spends two years investigating and clears Trump of conspiring with Russia. Now you are saying you must have evidence to investigate the corruption that occurred at the FBI/CIA/Justice Dept? You've got to be kidding me. There is ample evidence, but that's not the point. The point is your hypocrisy and total lack of self awareness.

Oh, and by the way, Durham wouldn't have been appointed without Barr suspecting CRIMINAL WRONGDOING by the FBI/CIA/Justice Dept. Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Brennan, Strzok, Page... the REAL justice is about to be served. Not the cover-up, process crime eyewash that Mueller and Weissman had to sling around to give off the appearance of legitimacy.

    GOOD DAY

This is a ploy. Barr's prosecutor investigates and finds nothing. Then trump gets to fabricate another "THE ESTABLISHMENT IS OUT TO GET ME" moment.

Durham is a Criminal Prosecutor. That is what he does. He would not have been assigned to this unless there was some serious criminal prosecution work that had been determined needs to be done here.

Durham has a spotless reputation. He has investigated misdoings by FBI agents before. He will get to the bottom of this. There are a lot of nervous people in Washington DC right now.

Your clever use of propaganda, here labeling the GOP as an "opposition campaign" to the FBI still must be called out for what it is: propaganda rhetoric. The FBI opposes violations of the laws of the United States, not specific campaigns.

Lol... Why not double down on abusing executive power?

Did Trump’s campaign have or not have numerous contacts with Russian linked associates? Was information shared? Did Trump order his associates to lie to cover up what he did?

Yep. There was no hoax. Trump was targeted due to his actions and the people he choose to hire. The GOP no longer believes in personal responsibility and law and order.

    Quite the opposite actually.

This was all part of a counter intelligence campaign, which was and still is legit. It is still an ongoing concern why our Administration is acting like a foreign agent. Any investigation into this is only going to unveil how justified monitoring Carter Page was / is.

Carter freaking Page was meeting with Russia spies, which tends to attract the FBI's attention. The FBI's surveillance of these activities or "spying" as the idiots have adopted, is standard practice, and exactly why you don't invite questionable characters onto your campaign.
