I didn't know if I should post this in the Houston sports section or Deals thread but I guess il start here and go from there....

    You Score as We Score!
For every run that the Astros score July 27-30 against the Cubs at Wrigley Field you will receive $1 off a Field Box ticket for the Astros-Giants series August 3-5 (up to 30 runs, maximum of $30 off).

Not a bad deal, although i still prefer the year-round "Mitigate Uncle Drayton's Price-gouging" special, where you sneak beverages into the stadium in your pockets, then sit as close to the field as possible, all for the price of a $7 "view-deck" seat.

Brilliant lol...I've done that during the weekday games vs crap teams but not many left so it may get harder and harder to miitgate downstairs...

You know I was reading more into the offer and it sounds as if you can buy tickets after each game and use whatever runs they score the night before as your discount or WAIT and tally up the total at the end of the series and use all the games as discount.

THE WIND MUST BLOW OUT THIS SERIES!

7.5 RUNS a game does it! Tonight might be tough and probably tomorrow but games 3 and 4 should easly be overs!

For those of you that don't get to save any money from the runs promotion...

The game on the 4th is an E-Saver game so you can get field box tickets for $22 plus fees. That is $16 off face.

For the Wednesday day game, use code "day" to get field box tickets for $21 plus fees. That is $17 off face.
