The writer, Mr Reiter, is the same writer from the famous SI Prediction with Springer on the cover. He was in town recently to promote the book.
Only criticism I got from a buddy was that it's got too much Cardinal crap in it early on (which makes some sense, since he was one of the main guys who investigated the hacking shenanigans). If you go to his SI page, he's been all over the Astros with love for years now. I'll find out soon enough.
