The Texans need to spend a draft pick on a running back.

hey lets all completely judge a man based on his video video to instagram!

i think he'll have a bounceback year. understatedly HUGE not having him this year. our team is that mcuh better with one of the best running backs in the game.

at the same time, i would love to see us take storm johnson from baylor in the late rounds.

arian is arian. we all know that. lets just see if he can just bring it on the field next year instead of tearing apart his social media accounts.

Has there been any updates with his health and where he is at with his rehab after the surgery?

He's at the back-flip stage of his rehab.

Anyone who knows anything about the medical field knows that backflips are highly recommended for quick recovery with a surgically corrected back.

Foster is a beast. He ran all over San Fran and Seattle this past season.

I hope he is back to his old form because we will need him with a rookie QB.

I think it's safe to say he's back to 100% and cleared completely.... I can't see him screwing that up now, after his recent wake up call.

    Back surgery?

Probably just a standard minor proceedure.
I remember him standing around on the sideline after he hurt himself - didn't look like he needed surgery and now he is already doing backflips?.
He may have one more good season in him but we better start grooming a replacement soon.
Texans need a strong running game if they want a decent turnaround next season - helps out the QB's if they aren't doing too well also.
This is why I like a QB who can catch - another weapon/option for the QB to dump it off to if he has to.

There probably aren't very many QB's that can throw and catch the ball
