This is all so stupid. Melo is going to resign with NY, get his $$$, then force a trade to a contender 3 years from now - "Promises were made to keep me here, but they weren't kept". That way he gets his $$$, saves face, and then gets to chase a ring later on.

Ramona Shelborne was 100% sure Dwight was signing with the Warriors. Or was it Lakers?

Was Houston never considered as a serious destination? All these sources the past few days have raved over all these other cities having a chance; were we used as a smokescreen?

Melo is taking the weekend to think about it. Are we supposed to believe someone around him is leaking information as he weighs is options?

Remember last year when Golden State, Dallas and Lakers were the favorites to Land Howard? Even when Howard said he had chosen Houston, "Sources and I'm hearing" It's still 50/50 going back to Lakers.

Most national sports reporters only know Houston through the film Urban Cowboy. They can't fathom anyone wanting to live there.

If you put a gun to my head and asked me to choose where Melo was going, I would say NY.

If he's not even considering houston than just move on.
Why wait on he's decision if we have no damn shot to land him

I can't stand Bill Simmons. He's always been annoying.

Is it just me, or does Simmons remind anyone of a skinny Johan Hill?
