There's enough dumbassery in the GARM right now. Is it too much to ask that we contain it there?

Fair Point... again... just a joke. But, yeah... I've seen worse takes in the GARM that I'm pretty sure were intended to be serious. I'll will make better choices in the future...

I enjoy the joke. Especially having just come over from the GARM, since we've now entered THAT phase of the Clutchfans season.

Honest answer: No, but the team will get stronger continuing to win without him. I also think it will be good for him to actually some significant downtime without feeling do much pressure to be back on the field. Both physically and mentally. I expect that if he gets some solid time to rest and observe and think about his own play, he'll come back like a rocket.

This team is better than the Championship team in terms of talent. We just need a dependable 3rd pitcher for the playoffs. I sure wish we could have kept Charlie.

No but it opened the door for Diaz to get some playing time and he's looking like a solid backup.

We are definitely better at basketball without Altuve.

    Wait, are we?

Altuve is a mad PG. He's much better at stealing basketballs than bases.

You can never beat a champion. Only join them.

P.S. Unless the Champ won in a weak year like 2015.

I was just talking talent. This team is way more talented than the 2017 team from top to bottom. We all know it takes more than talent to win a World Series.

Luhnow will be making a move, count on it. Add to that that Martin looks like he has total control over 4 pitches and could be another pen arm for us. This team is unbelievably stacked...Springer has absolutely gone to another level, Correa is well, Correa finally, Brantley, geesh,

I think Martin will end up being a big contributor for us this year, and shine through the postseason. Could very well be our Buehler: Both highly accomplished SEC pitchers who ascended to the majors quickly, and performed well since their MLB debut.

This is weird, haven't thought about that show in awhile but my brain was like hey its Balki Bartalomous. Googled to confirm, and it turns out his name on the show was Balki Bartokomous with an "ok" not an "al" in the last name. If I were to believe reddit, this is a Mandela effect and a glitch in the simulation - not my bad memory.

No, we are not better without Altuve.

Are we talking about Altuve being out or my I Have Grown to Hate Aledmys Díaz sarcastic anti-jinx thread?
