If you have to advise anybody on a thread title, they shouldn't be starting it and you should already know that.

And if you advised them to change the title to "I'm 13 years old. Ban me." then you should be suspended for doing that. Just a bunch of foolishness and you were obviously involved and have incriminated yourself. The only reason you shouldn't be banned is because you are admitting it.

The thread title was "Melo traded to Rockets". Like I've been doing with other OPs who actually got fooled by the fake Woj twitter account, instead of b****ing or laughing at them, I give them real, practical steps on editing the title, to fix the mistake. And I've been known to add in a joke of a new thread title in my instructions. Didn't think the guy would actually use the joke title, but I guess he thought it was funny, but harmless nonetheless vs his previous title...sheesh, you're so wrong. The posts are all there in the thread....with about 5-10 likes for my tip to change the title....rather than just gripe and moan.

The next copy cat fake trade starter changed his title too, which again was "Anthony traded to Houston", based on reading my instructions on how to do it. The goal was to stop the OP from fooling people who are reading the list of thread titles, and the only way to do that without a mod around is to convince the OP to edit the title himself.

So predictable you'd get it all wrong through ignorance and bad speculation like how you spread news.

This is exactly what happened -- you simply advised him on changing the thread title so he wouldn't be banned. Not sure what the village idiot is going on about.
