    The first Fake Trade thread last night was renamed, "I'm 13 years old. Ban me."

    fwiw: That was my title change suggestion to the OP. I was giving him a tip on how to edit his title so he puts an end to fooling ppl and "save himself" from repercussions with mods. He didn't say "Ban me" as a taunting challenge to you. Hope my title suggestion didn't get him in trouble moreso than anyone else who started a Fake News thread.

    Fake threads are low-brow jokes. There are no insights, no effort. The creators trick people to click on those treads by taking "advantage" of this board's reputation. If this sort of behaviors are not stopped, this board will go down. I am all for smart posting and jokes with some good fun, but just not those threads for the reasons above.
