With one week already in the books, does anyone know the status of how TMAC's rehab is coming along. Specifically, what has he been doing in the last week to regain strength in his knee? Who is monitoring his rehab program? If he is just resting in these three weeks, then he really can't call it a rehab program.

morey said a few days ago that tracy is working his butts off to regain the strength.

but b/c the details aren't out, haters will think he's just chilling in his pool at his house celebrating the holidays already.

Don't expect Tracy to tell us about his rehabilitation ever single day. I am sure he is working hard.

It is not like he will say each day what he has done so far.

That is good to hear - if he is truly working hard to rehab the knee, then the 3 weeks he is taking off is justified.

Yup, more said T-Mac is rehabbing hard...

T-Mac wants to be healthy, he doesn't want to have to play through any pain at all, when he's done rehabbing he should look like the T-Mac we know, and he's just not resting his knee, he's rehabbing like Battier was, and Battier's coming back with full strength and i believe T-Mac will also

those were the words from morey's mouth to an article earlier when the news of tracy shutting it down came out.

and really, tracy came back too early. he should have sat out the first month and then come back at the same time battier did. and he should be playing right now.

T-Mac is on permanent rehab. He always has something wrong. He is getting extremely slow and clumsy, and his shot is only getting worse and worse.

    Trade before its too late!

the irritating thing is that tmac had about 6 months to rehab this injury. it's been well-documented that tmac did not take rehab as seriously as he should. this so-called injury would be moot at this point, if he cared to rehab during the offseason.

I think the rehab is strictly for T-Mac to get his confidence back. Most of this is mental. Artest playing on a swollen ankle is an example. Hopefully he comes back with some confidence.

What were the details of his offseason rehab since you seem so informed of the details? Unless you worked with him, the fact is that you have no clue. Stop acting like you know. Speculating is one thing, but acting like you have "matter of fact" knowledge makes you look like an ignorant ass.

Some posters have no idea what it takes to recover from injury or surgery! They think once surgery is done poof you are healed! Surgery is a very invasive procedure it correct the problem but it causes almost as much trouble as the original injury did.

This thread is full of epic fail guesses. No one except those directly involved knows the details. Everyone has been quoted as saying he has worked hard to come back.

People that say all this negative stuff are the same low class individuals that love the Chron's low class ticker, individuals soured on life that probably never had to play through a knee injury recovery at an sport that takes the most toll on your knees than any other sport in existence.
