I have a few questions, thanks in advance.

What is the form to use for people with income over $100,000?

I took my 401K out to purchase my first home, the first $10,000 is free of penalty and tax, but where does that go on the tax form?

It is all about money isn't it? I wish the tax return was a simpler process.

Unless you are using the short or EZ form, you will always file a 1040 regarldess of your income.

I suggest going to www.irs.gov and doing some searches.
