Any carpet repair suggestions? My puppy tore off a small section of carpet on my doorway

The reason I asked is because you're going to have to cut out a square-ish area of carpet, and then replace the square. Match the new carpet to what you had (dirty it up if you really have to). If the dog tore up the foam underneath, replace that too. Tack it down. Never tell anyone.

 

As the proud owner of many dogs and children over the years I'd suggest holding off until the puppy stops tearing **** up. It's going to happen again, might as well fix everything at once.

Did you not have a pet deposit? If you do just let the landlord know you’ll have it fixed before you move out. I wouldn’t rush on fixing it, more incidents will happen. My labradoodle pubby has owned parts of my house.
