https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...lphia-they-respond-shooting-incident-n1042436 Would be nice if the perp wasn't cheered on by half this forum, but the excuses will be far and wide defending him.
Even more disturbing were the crowds that showed up to throw things, shout insults and taunt officers while a criminal shooting at them was apprehended. Hate on Trump all you want as a person, but if Barack had the courage to say the above tweet we could have really brought racial escalations down. Instead he pandered to Jay Z and the street crime is justified if you're inner city to get votes.
The standoff has spurred Philadelphia's mayor to speak out against gun violence in the country. "It's aggravating. It's saddening," Mayor Jim Kenney said during a news conference according to WCAU. "It's just something we need to do something about. And if the state and federal government doesn't want to stand up to the NRA and some other folks, then let us police ourselves. But they preempt us on all kinds of gun control legislation." Kenny added, "They (the police) don't deserve to be shot at by a guy for four hours with an unlimited supply of weapons and an unlimited supply of bullets. It's disgusting, and we've got to do something about it. And we need to do something about it quickly." Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf had been scheduled to sign an executive order Thursday to reduce gun violence. But the signing has been postponed to a later, undetermined date, WCAU reported. https://www.wsbtv.com/news/trending-now/multiple-police-officers-shot-in-philadelphia/976050560
Which poster is cheering this on? Where did you read or see that at? What? You have quite the imagination and some hard-on for Jay-z as he seems to pop up in every thread you appear in. Honestly, if you are doing a schtick well done, I'm laughing right now.
Perhaps trump should send troops to attack Philadelphia. Or build a wall there. Its a crisis I am sure...
