I'm sure the Thunder are lining up an Alex Abrine-PJ Dozier-Daniel Hamilton-Dakari Johnson for Kawhi Leonard trade right now.

:D But in all seriousness, Presti will come up with something, board will go crazy "How did they pull off that move for nothing while Morey did [little/nothing]!"

That's a just a freak injury from muscles being overworked without much rest. The fact it was his patellar tendon that sucks even worst.

I wonder if Stanley Johnson is cheap enough that they target him?

If he was, San Antonio would've already done it. Pop likes him a lot.

    Gonna be a tight race 5th - 9th.

That beint said, loosing Roberson shouldn't be too big of a blow for them.

He really is a phenomenal defender. Such a liability on offense but his defense on the wing is probably the best in the league. He is so underrated because of his lack of a shot.

    This really hurts them

Well. Now Harden can go off against OKC in round 2.

They still got Paul George, who defends him very well.

I am sure PG will not play as well offensively if he is chasing Harden around every screen.

Look at their Defense without Roberson. Its awful.

True, but without Roberson that means PG is the primary defender which
    1) could zap some of his energy from the offensive end
    2) means that he can't freelance defensively as he has been doing causing havoc.

He was where he shot 38% for the series.

He actually averages worst percentages in the playoffs than he does for his career in the regular season.

    I really like Roberson.

Not because of his Defense, but only because he’s managed to make it to the NBA and thrive without knowing to offense. That in itself gives me hope for Ball.

Don't really give a **** about percentages, if you watched the games and watched the Raptors series the year before, you'd know this dude is an elite performer when it came down to it. Was amazing to watch, a less talented T-mac in the playoffs.

Oh, the net change is to our benefit. I don't deny that, it just still won't be that much easier or less hard of a series. If anything, it now makes Harden have to actually play defense and we lose our hack a Roberson gimmick.

I feel like you must not understand how basketball works. But I hope this helps inform you.

"the Thunder give up 11.9 points per 100 possessions more than when he’s on the court. Their 96.4 defensive rating with him to 108.3 without is the difference between the best defense in the NBA to the 14th-best. That’s drastic!"

TLDR; Andre Roberson was a legitimate candidate for defensive player of the year and is EXTREMELY important to the Thunder.

Yes yes I understand they can defend all they want, but losing one of the ok3 will hurt even more then, points are needed to win games.

Besides he have no O only D.
Okc plays 4 vs 5 with him on the floor thus why he only gets 10-15 min max
