Was thinking about making a thread for this, but random thought- (flame suit on) Would you guys trade Ryno(+ filler) for Dwight Howard? Have Dwight come off the bench and share time with Capela again. 48 minutes of a true big man in the paint. Reduced role. Playing for a title. Is it worth the locker room risk to get rid of Anderson and solidify a big man rotation?
Give it a couple more weeks and he could very soon wear out his welcome. I wasn’t really being serious but in a serious way, what lengths would we go to in order to move him? Willingness to trade for Dwight is a good gauge whether it’s possible or not.

That's something i can believe lol With that said, i just think we need to move him 101% if we want to make the team better so, to me, you just need to accept that we either move a couple of future 1st rounders or bust, we're not getting any value out of Ryan at this point...if we're lucky and he starts playing better now/soon, maybe a 1st and a couple of fillers like Williams/Nanu/2nd rounder might be enough but i wouldn't hold my breath, other teams know we must move him and nobody really is a Ryan Anderson (at 20M) away to have a much better team imo.
Ok, yeah. Dwight's contract is more doable than Rynos so that's a start. But that means we need to throw in a piece. We'll need a 3rd team to get it done anyway.
Wasn't there a quote back in the day (Morey?) about "48 minutes of elite paint protection" with Dwight and Asik? (Also are you suggesting Capela has made Asik obsolete?) Combine that with our "48 minutes of Hall of Fame PG play" and we're set!
Dwight and Ryno are very similar in that they both seem like funloving, likeable guys, but neither one has that 'winners mentality.'
Don’t insult Dwight like that. Howard used to dominate games and terrorize the NBA. Howard may be a has been but Anderson is a never was.
Dude is str8 garage. Every game he tanks his value even more. Reminder: I said Anderson would be among the most toxic contacts in the nba. It’s happening now lol
