Yup, I'm done. This was an ok episode, except for like a minute of it. And that minute was the death knell. Show has pissed me off one too many times.
I quite enjoyed the finale. Eugene is such a player! Albeit, you must be on the dark side of the moon if you couldn't see that plot twist coming. It was still satisfying. The big reveal of Rick changing genders was quite impressive.
The whole thing was anticlimactic and predictable.....also enough with the stupid "1hr and 10 min" episodes. I swear they stuff as many commercial as possible, I wouldn't be surprise if the actual run time was just short of 45 mins......
so what happened to Maggie's pregnancy? she wasn't even showing at all in the season finale. are we supposed to believe the last 2-1/2 years covered less than 2 months?
the entire season drags and then they wrap it all up in the last 15 minutes. I'm sitting there thinking to myself, "that ended quickly". The Maggie angle will be interesting to see if i actually care about it next season. Watching the show is more of a chore than a pleasure these days.
I think this is a perfect time to check out of the series. A lame conclusion is better than no conclusion. I'm free yall. Finally free.
I'm not sure why anyone would bother with the series now. The big bad is defeated. Everything that is left now is just turd crust. Maggie & Daryl teaming up to take down Rick & Michonne? Pass. Unexplained helicopter? Pass. Weird assistant principal lady looking for vinyl records? Pass.
So they just not gonna address the helicopter or what? I assumed somehow Morgan was gonna get the helicopter to fly over to LA.
Over/under on number of episodes before Neegan escapes? Who will do something stupid that lets him out?

I hate this show and am glad it's over. How many big baddy build ups are you going to get, make, and ultimately fumble before they figure out it's just not working? Governer and Rick's war for the prison turned out to be a snooze fest. Only crazy part was Hershel's head being hacked half off by Michonne's sword. And now we get 2 FULL seasons of build up towards 15 minutes of this half ass war between the Savior's and (what?) 3 different colonies. I don't understand how they expect people to keep watching when no one that we truly cared for died. I guess that's why they had to show Rick and Carl walking by the cow pastures on 3 separate occasions. So that we could be reminded that someone "important" actually did die... Like 5 episodes ago. I'm done. F**k you Rick! I'm with Maggie.
