    Looking back on that August 8th thread I linked, it's hilarious reading posters making excuses for Fertitta's penny pinching---I really liked the, "Tillman put the team on layaway," post----and how many of them were positive that Shumpert was going to be re-signed. Some even had him playing major minutes here after signing.

    If you can't laugh at it, you'd cry.

    Sure, give Amare an invite. Now that he's hunched over with age, he's got the (lack of) height the Rockets like in their front court. MDA might actually play him if he was here...

    But I have to think that, if China thinks you're washed up, you're probably not going to make it in the NBA.
