I think Lebron makes a decision Monday or Tuesday; his camp is Wednesday and with Melo probably by tomorrow

LOL at this guy on ESPN who why Lebron in Houston would be a problem.

"Harden had a hard time giving the ball to Dwight. I don't know if he wants to share the ball with anyone else!"

Yeah, Dwight never got the ball when playing with Harden :rolleyes:

lol....riiiiiiiight. which is why his assists went up, attempts went down, and added a nasty alley-oop routine to his already nasty PnR game. and then said in an article he'd like to be a 15-8-8 guy.

I dont understand this whole narrative with Harden not being able to play with other stars. See OKC with Westbrook and Durant.

Further, LBJ plays with Wade, who also has the ball alot.

Why do these aspects never enter the discussion?

Because we are Houston! We get NO RESPECT from the National Media! (Yahoo!, other online sources being the exception). What did we ever do to ESPN? Win Championships? Was that a breach of contract ESPN?!? :mad:

The problem Miami has if indeed Lebron wants the Heat to improve before he commits, is that no free agent of significance is going to join the team that Lebron MIGHT play for, especially not for a discounted salary. They can't improve without the commitment that Lebron seems unwilling to give until they improve.

I don't understand...what are their avenues to improve? The deepest position on the market are all lesser Lebrons. With Lowry gone there is no PG market. With Gortat gone there is no C market. They have no assets to make any significant trades (Rondos and Loves of the world). There really isn't anyone to wait on anymore other than Melo...they will both wind up in Miami (possibly), yet even so there won't be much they can improve after that either. I guess Gasol would be their next step. If it's not Melo and Lebron in Miami then I think it's nobody in Miami (well maybe Wade lol). Riley and the original big 3 mad even their bed.

Would be hilarious if LeBron dragged this out the whole summer...good for tv and radio though.

Still in James hand. James won't commit; if he won't commit, neither will the free agents they're chasing. So...how does this shake out? Something's gotta give, no?

if we finals win, and woj ever said we were out, it will be harmful to his reputation.

So I really think(although I don't know why) we are out...

"Heat president Pat Riley and coach Erik Spoelstra flew to NC to meet with Jazz free agent forward Marvin yesterday, a source told Yahoo."

@ethanjskolnick
"If front-line targets don't bite & Miami moves on to cheaper targets, Kris Humphries wd be one. Averaged 10.7 rebounds/36 mins last season."

Who blinks first? I think time itself decides this one. Unless Wade, Bosh & Riley accomplish what Lebron wants by mid next week at the latest, his attention is turning elsewhere.
