Imagine the rockets sweep the series, what will the media say and what the new narratives would look like?

    1 On the worriers
    2 On Harden
    3 On CP3
    4 On Morey ball
    5 On Durant

"The Warriors got cocky and underestimated the Rockets"
    "Steph wasn't healthy"
    "They'll be exposed by Lebron/Celtics"

CP3 finally does it after shedding the single dimensional Blake Griffin
Worriers have a lot to think about with aging bench depth and limited cap space
Harden was what we all thought (even if they criticized him heavily)
Moreyball, what team will rise to solve it? Then they'll likely say the Spurs
    Durant may leave
If the pundits finally open a book, they'll realize that the real genius behind Moreyball wasn't stats but instead simple math.

"I actually knew this would happen, I was just badly misquoted earlier when I apparently said this was never going to work for Houston".

The NBA should set a maximum three point attempts per game at 40, 10 per quarter.

My bad Houston for underestimating you! -Stephen A. Smith

Then he will underestimate us again the following year as he claims 76ers will win it all.

Nothing would be better than sweeping the smugness right off Curry's face, watch that arrogant bunch crumble faster than ceramic houses in an earthquake, and shut up all who questioned we could beat them once and for all.

The only reason Harden won the series is because of his BS traveling, constant flopping, creating fouls and having the refs on his side

Every warriors fan after we beat them.

"Well that was a boring series. Not entertaining one bit. Disgusting!"
"It's bad for basketball that the Rockets brand of basketball can win. We're going to destroy the league with math."
"We'll have to see how they do next year when Steph is actually healthy."
"It wasn't a big deal because Golden State had beaten them in 2015 and 2016. Now it's a rivalry but they still have more to prove."

And of course, the Skip Bayless take:
"I picked Houston all along, how could you guys have misinterpreted my words. Go look back and bask in realizing how right I was. Also Houston is a trash city."

truth is we have nothing to lose and everything to gain. while the warriors have everything to lose and nothing to gain.

cp3, harden, and MDA are used to the narratives about them. one more summer of that won't phase them. they can play like there is nothing to lose.

the warriors lead the league in techs because of frustration of winning only 58 games, and entitlement that they should be doing better. they've also all lost a 3-1 lead before once that doubt starts to creep in.

the rockets need to play like there is nothing to lose, get up in the series, and watch the warriors come apart mentally with frustration fouls, techs, and green trying to start fights.
