I wanted to get Dwight when it was an option, but now I'm soooo happy that blew up. The wins would have been great, but cheering for a team led by that d-bag would stick in my craw.

What a blessing to get someone with Harden's skills and attitude.

If we get those two guys, we would have to rename our other players too:

    Jeremarcus Lin
    Jamercus Harden
    Chamarcus Parsons
    Omercus Asik

I guess Marcus Morris wouldn't have to change his name...

What if the next superstar we're getting wants to change the city too? Hopefully they can co-exist.

Great article. Harden may someday--maybe even this year if he keeps this up!--become the #1 shooting guard in the NBA. And that's a great position to have a superstar in, with the way today's game works.

It's always best to get them BEFORE they become #1. :p

If only we could get Josh Smith to help the Rockets. That would be a solid team that could contend for the western conference.

T-Mac comparison is actually valid... the ORLANDO T-Mac that is. Remember back when T-Mac got out of Vince's shadow and led the Magic to 7 games against #1 Detroit? I certainly don't mind that out of Harden.

The problem was that T-Mac got paired with Grant Hill, so they had no capspace to go after other guys. And if Morey can't get Harden a complementary star in some way, and he pouts like T-Mac in 4 years, I wouldn't even be able to blame him. I would blame Morey for wasting the best years of Harden's career on a mediocre ballclub.

Man...as much as I love your game, please don't overuse your body.
    You are the GEM.
You are too good to be missed.
Both Lin and you should lead this team to another level.
I know Lin is not ready to lead this team and he is not 100% in form yet.
    BUT 42 MPG w/ a 32.4% of USG% is quite overloaded.
I'm so worried about your healthy even you are a pro, not like me, an nobody who were playing stupid amateur soccer games as a injury prone.
    I don't want you to be T-MAC 2.0
Let Lin to help you more. That will be a better idea.

    Vat?

How can you know what McGrady (or Harden for that matter) said to his teammates privately

Harden is the man, and the city's already changed!

However, both he and lin need to be smarter towards end of tight games regarding help defense, and not give easy 3 to their men.

Let's go there in 4 years time, if need be. It's been less than 2 weeks since Morey got us Aldrich ... I mean Harden

But, isn't this a good time to celebrate Morey, not blame?

    Some people ...
