You know there's data on this, right? There is no evidence of more rapes or whatever in places that don't have these restrictive laws. Do you have a problem with a gay man using a men's restroom because he might rape someone?
How was this data accumulated? Nope, People should go to the bathroom where their junk dictates. How did this even become an issue? Were transgenders being beaten up at a greater rate than other men in the MENS restroom. Penis = Mens room, Vagina = Womens room. It's really simple. If the NBA wants this then they should pay to have trangender only restrooms installed. They easy solution for this is to designate the handicapped restroom to include transgenders.
