    I really enjoyed watching NeNe playing last night it seemed like he inspired the team to play better with is infectious attitude.
    I also Cleveland ran quite a few plays were it ended PB guarding L James. But Pat B had no quit in him!

    This turned out to be one of the most important acquisitions of the off-season. Nene has provided exactly what was needed.... a veteran, consistent, blue collar know-what-you'll-get-from-him every night type of role player big man.

    Nene has a career high in FG % this year, 61.7%. The previous 5 years he was in the 48% to 54% range.

    I really hope that Nenê stays healthy for the playoffs and that we can resign him in the offseason. He's so valuable, especially against larger bigs, in a way that Clint isn't. That isn't to say Clint isn't good, but Nenê brings heft that Capela can't.

    he didn't play in either of the first 2 games against GS... will be interesting to see if he can play well against them.. i would expect so

    So yes, it is time to "bump" the Simple NENE thread.

    Exhibit A: last night
    Nene is showing what a playoff player plays like, acts like and contributes.
    Nene is one of the keys to any success we hope for moving forward.
    Nene is a beast with class, a monster with a brain, a Svengali in the middle.
    Nene is the ole vet who sews the pieces together when ever they forget the essentials.
    Nene is the Heart and Soul halved with Pat Beverly of the sweat on the floor.
    Nene is simply the most important off season signing of this team period.

    I am imagining all of the other GM's and players and fans thinking right about now....how the hell did we NOT go after this guy ?

    I luv Nene and You do too ! Go Rockets !!!!!!!!!!!! Ole Man River just keeps rollin' along !
