We do not win this series starting Ryan Anderson at center, let alone a lesser shooter like Motiejunas who’s best asset offensively is a dinosaur-era post up game against single coverage

Why can’t people come to terms with the fact that we were not the favorites in this series and for good reason? There’s no shame in taking a historicallly great team to 7 games when dealing with injuries to two key players (CP and LMM).

Anthony Davis is not someone we can get, but Lebron might be.

Why would Nene do any better? Like how we are taking away the much of the Warriors beautiful basketball, off ball action, they are taking away our PNR. I think Luc getting injured and being a no show for the playoffs is a bigger issue than Anderson.

Heck, DD, you mentioned Donuts before anyone else did. OK, so no Donuts. To press on - if Mr. Anderson can't hit his shots, can't defend worth squat, and misses as many boards as he grabs, where's the benefit? At least Black can bang around, maybe put Green on the floor a time or two, get some boards, play a little defense, use up his 6 fouls effectively. At least Black can do something. I'm up for giving Anderson a shot, however. 3 shots, actually. If Ryan misses 3, or has 3 open looks and passes off, sit his sorry ass down. If Anderson can manage to be remotely effective, give him some time. Simple as that, in my opinion. Was that "intellectual" enough for you? ;)

How long do you let Anderson find his shot? This is a game 7 in the western conference finals. A couple minutes with that sieve out there not hitting and we’re down by 20.
