Warriors are already favored by oddsmakers now and Curry hasn't even played a game. If he looks good in game 2 it won't even be close odds wise.

If you have 2 blue balls, however, you're SOL.

I’m sure those odds already factor in curry playing.

Seems right to me. They are still the favorite.

The thing that gets me was that the craptors had the 2nd best chance of making the finals

"Elo ratings have a simple formula; the only inputs are the final score of each game, and where and when it was played"

So if your team had injuries or was unmotivated because it is so much more talented than ever other team than Elo can't help you.

The Rockets this season had the 4th highest rating ever according to that. Only the Spurs, Celtics, and the Warriors (recently) have ever had a higher point total. I hope it freaking pays off these next two weeks.

It also says Carmelo Factor - lol

A factor named after a Career loser.....

They lost me when they put the Raptors, Jazz, Pelicans and Sixers very high in the Top 5, Top 6 earlier on.

if only palmer was on the roster of 22 refs selected to work round 3. because even she would be an upgrade over either brothers or foster, who each rate as worst and next worst in terms of refs unfriendly to HOU. if nothing else, silver is bold and totally unabashed. homey don't give a F what players, fans, media, etc think

Rockets are not the Warrior's rival yet. Got to beat them in a series before it becomes a rivalry. Hopefully they become rivals.

ironically, i read a whole line of tweets from Warriors fans saying that Foster's inclusion meant that the Rockets are already up 1 game to none.

Who are the good refs and who are the bad refs? How do viewers at home even keep track of this stuff to where they'd have a strong opinion on this?

It’s funny reading the panic in regards to these two and then going to the warriors fan site and reading the panic in regards to these two. They are “Dub Killers” and the warriors were under .500 when these two were on their games apparently.

Foster and Brothers are pretty much the cream of the crop when it comes to refs who dictate the winner of games. The ONLY hope for the Rockets is that they are being brought in to screw over the Warriors instead of being brought in to screw over the Rockets. When you see those refs, you know there's no chance in a fairly and competently called game.

I didn't know they were in the game, we might be screwed. The most important thing in this season from 6 months ago was winning these first two games.
