I had hoped the rumors were false, but can't say I'm surprised. This is sad. I'm conflicted about how all of this playing out. What he did was obviously wrong, but should it be career-killing? I could be wrong, but as far as I'm aware it's not a crime to expose yourself in front of acquaintances, even without their consent.
