Rockets are known for points from 3's, at the rim and FT's. Expect Harden & CP3 to get most of the mid-range shots; perhaps add another big star out of free agency or trade to join them with mid-range shots. This thread
is about some 3-point zones (Lt Corner/Rt Corner/Above the Break) of some notable free agents this summer:

Rockets players currently with team as a baseline: 2016/17 season 3-Point Zones:
    Player..................Left Corner.........................Right Corner................Above the Break..........
    Harden.......................31.6.....................................37.5......................................34.9...................
    Eric Gordon...............40.9......................................30.4......................................37.5...................
    Ariza............................32.8......................................41.5......................................31.9..................
    Ryno...........................52.8......................................55.6.......................................38.0................

    Free Agent
    Tim Hardaway jr........30.0.......................................50.0......................................35.0.................
    L Galloway................43.5........................................32.0......................................39.3.................
    Thabo Sefolosha.......33.3.......................................33.3......................................35.0..................
    James Johnson.........25.7.......................................48.1......................................32.3..................
    Ilyasova.....................53.1.......................................32.4......................................32.9..................
    Ingles.........................37.7.......................................47.9.....................................45.2...................
    Korver........................59.3.......................................44.7......................................42.2...................
    CJ Miles....................48.5........................................53.2......................................36.1...................
    PJ Tucker..................40.5........................................37.7......................................23.8..................
    Millsap.......................43.5........................................44.4.....................................28.6...................
    Korver........................59.3........................................44.7.....................................42.2...................
    JJ Redick......................57.6........................................35.9.....................................41.5..................

    Ibaka
    2016/17......................28.6..........................................9.1.....................................40.5...................
    2015/16......................36.7........................................33.3.....................................29.9...................

I did not distinguish type of 3 point shot (such as catch and shoot); but can be found at this same site.

I believe the Rockets will end up with Paul Millsap in SnT. Perhaps a player Morey likes can be had as well
    in the same deal:

    Dunleavy......................47.6........................................47.6.....................................36.3..................

If there is a player on your mind. Here is the link to look up the numbers. Other categories listed as well.
Maybe you can guess who Morey/Rockets prefer in Free Agency. Any that you prefer?

Millsap makes more sense when you look at those corner percentages.

Keep in mind, players don't get many looks from the corners. Milsap's stats are 10 makes from the left and 8 makes from the right.

Good to know. Personally I think millsap is overrated on both ends. Average on both ends like an ariza but stuffs the stat sheet more
