If the Republicans are ignorant enough to double down and nominate a Fox News’ anchor as their presidential candidate after Trump‘s tenure ends, they deserve to wander in the political wilderness for a long time. They will have learned absolutely nothing from the last four months.
In any sane universe the Republicans would rebrand, find something to offer their base other than racism, Hollyweird talk and the threat of their guns being taken away, and Romney would win the nomination in a landslide. But all bets are off in this one.
Unless he is dead, Trump will still run the Republican Party in 2024 from twitter or OAN. He isn’t going to give up his hoard.
Mike Dewine will be too old, sadly. He’d be a solid choice. But I don’t think he owns any clown makeup.
Tucker's show is the only cable news worth watching. He operates like he knows fame is fleeting and he has nothing to lose. He's also one of the few that Big Tech can't threaten with cancellation (Joe Rogan is another). It's why the left goes after his advertisers.
Are you proposing that Joe Rogan would be a viable political candidate as well? Trump will be the last TV star nominated by a major party. He destroyed that brand (Reagan was at least Governor after Hollywood)
"Democrats hate the police because they don't control the police," he said. "Imagine if the Black Lives Matter rioters had weapons and immunity from prosecution. That's what they're talking about: partisan law enforcement."
Yes, of course. Good talk. I'm going to need 8.76 random twitter posts that attempt to tell me what you think without saying anything, before I can take you seriously as a candidate.
