Don't play the Rangers in Aug/Sept, close the season with another road trip.

    Thanks, MLB.

The more we play the Rangers early in the year, the sooner the Astros will clinch the division.

42 games in 45 days to start the season, and a whole mess of off days coming out of the break.

MLB teams plays division foes far too much.

Sheeeeesh. The 2-game series with the Rockies the week after the ASB, with an off day before and after, is a wtf? to me.

The 2 weekend series in March/June sound like a good time to roadie up to Arlington before the heat hits.

An excuse to have more Yankees Red Sox games. I don't think it's possible with the current alignment but I liked the balanced schedule more.

Wasn't the balanced schedule like 17 years ago?

I wanna say late 90s so yeah, probably. I was bummed Dodgers and Braves only came to town once a year.

OK, it's also an NL West year so they'll play 36 of 81 road games in PacTime, though some will be day games.

There's another one against them in August, too. Totally makes sense...

I liked how they did it with the Dbacks this year: 2+2, no day off in between.

Rockets get screwed schedule-wise routinely... why not the Stros?

Saturday night PST games should be an hour early for TEX and HOU.

What I've learned from this thread is that people will complain about literally anything.

We're well clear of the Rangers by hurricane season, so no issues there. :|
