Lyle Lin is playing in the Cape Cod League, so it doesn't look like they're going to get a deal done there.

 

So much for my wild speculation that Mark Moclair would be a tough, over-slot sign.

 

Interesting that the press release says they are the first 6 players to sign, but none of them are one of the 4 draftees listed on today's roster for Tri city.

I suspect that they will be on pitch count and IP limits for the rest of the season. They might spend a few weeks in the Florida complex lightly training and maybe having their mechanics tightened up.
