btw brehs, i do put horry as my starting pf and josh smith coming off the bench. it would look more like:

    bibby
miguel jordan / jason richardson / corey magette
    clyde drexler / richard jefferson
    roberto horry / josh smith
    pat ewing / naynay

it's more of a 9man rotation. jordan will handle the ball most of the time with minimal rest but cus that's just the way it is. magette will come only when they need extra muscle and play big to replace bibby.

i think this team will force you to play half court and take things slow. lots of focus on defense (or defence in england)

Sorry JMC - the deal is off. I honestly thought Grant Hill was a much better 3 point shooter than he was during his peak. He would kill my spacing. Having said that:

    Donatas
vs lwqbulb - I honestly think Donatas has one of the better teams in this draft both starting and bench. While lwq has a size advantage down low, I just don't see how they can stay with the switching of LBJ, KD, Magic with the sniper Ray Allen
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jontro vs Tizzle - This one is close but ultimately KG is the difference maker. While Pippen can kinda check MJ, I'm not sure who will stay with KG. Both teams have all time great defenders but I just like the spacing on Tizzle team more. 4-3 T

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JMC vs RedN - The Dwill/TMac/GHill perimeter is devastating, a great mixture of offense and defense. Add in Shaq down low and LMA to shoot the midrange J and it looks formidable. My only question is big man defense as neither Shaq nor LMA were known to be great interior defenders. However, I still think it's a bit too much for RedN

We always struggle to get votes going. Should we page some of the other old time participants just to see if they can vote?

We need some votes on the match-ups, would be great if brehs with time to spare could chime in. Match-ups and rosters are listed in the LCA-post I replied to.

Vote 1 goes to FTW, feel like the team is a bit better well-rounded and I like the spacing&chemistry better.

Next one goes to Donatas, really dynamic team with a lot size and switching, can play both run&gun or half-court offense.

RedN vs JMC is the toughest to judge imo, I like the talent on both rosters.
A big factor for me is RedN having two bigs that space the floor extremely well and draw Shaq out on defense, negating his defensive impact a bit. JMC has more talent at SG-SF, but that starting five seems extremely ball-dominant to me, not sure how the offense would play out.
Also no real sharpshooter in that starting unit, pre all-star Deron was inconsistent from 3, as were McGrady and Hill. With Deron, T-Mac, Hill and LMA all playing together, I see a ton of midrange shooting/mediocre 3pt shooting, leading to the players not being able to operate as effective. RedN's team seems more well-rounded overall, I can see a clear philosophy.

    lcahmed vs ftw = lca
it's basically dream and dirk vs great starters in lca. that starting 5 is too much.

    donatas vs lwqbulb = lwqbulb
just think bulb's roster would mesh better than donatas. his front court is great.

jontro vs tizz = it's like tinman choosing between jerry lin and mergady. you don't want either to win.

    jmc vs rendition = jmc
prime shack and prime mergady tips it.

Knew I should've drafted Brian Cook, but didn't want to be unfair.
