Yes. It has finally turned toward the NW, but it came later than the NHC expected. It has also slowed down more than expected.

There are positioned webcams for the Keys. Don't know where to find them other than seeing stills from them in previous tweets. Jeff said he went to Marco Island on the West side of Florida, predicted to be a direct hit. Probably wasn't allowed on the Keys. Marco Island appears about 60-80 miles north of the Keys. So a few hours after it goes over the southern Keys. It appears to be 80% man-made island in what should be the back bay of a small barrier island, like that Dubai man-made island. That entire "island" could go under water with a direct hit. Marco Island where Jeff is | | | v v v
Look at the Storm surge inundation warning from NOAA site for Marco Island, then look at the images in of Marco Island above. >9' seems like it will destroy all those houses. And note, once one house is destroyed, the debris acts like a bulldozer into the next house as waves push the debris around
