    Harden left out for MVP and cornerstone considerations, did mention him as the 3rd best passer and the aforementioned best sg. I think him and D'Antoni will rise if they consistently make it to the WCF.

    They didn't limit them to one position. For SF/PF, LeBron got 1/2 and KD got 2/3.
