Raptors are now number one seed. They are for real.

The Cavs will be the one seed. The raps will be 3 or 4 like always. Good eastern team.

They're looking better, just not good enough.

Plus NBA will kill for Cavs-Celtics.

Seems like they've finally mastered the new offense but they aren't mentally strong enough to challenge the Cavs in a playoff series.

In other words, the East still sucks, only difference is that the West sucks too or at least more than what we were used to.

Toronto always seems good, but just like Harden/Paul carry that playoff stigma, so do the Raptors.

Previously the offense was ran through Lowry or DeRozan ISOs, and teams set their defenses accordingly. There is now a change in focus where there will be less reliability on iso plays and more ball movement.

This is a very improved Raptors team and not the Raptors of old. They are a legit contender in the East.

they could go 82-0 and nobody will ever consider them to be a contender.

Great, the Raptors and Thunder can battle it out to see who makes it out of the first round.

If DeRozan could actually defend or hustle hard.

They play better overall D than the Cavs.

Raptors continue to impress. They are the second best point differential after Warriors.

Don't be surprised if they give Celtics or Cavaliers tough playoffs series if not outright winning it.

Their core of DeRozan, Lowry, Valanciunas and Ibaka are top tier.

Well, they aren't being ignored anymore on this board. So there's that.

They've been relatively healthy all season, right?
