Curse words in general are joke that isn't offensive. People sling around hurtful and hateful racial slurs more than they do compared to profanity. Think about that.
Those involved should be charged with attempted murder in addition to assault. They picked this guy up by the legs and tossed him 50 feet. Most people die in that situation.
