Go look up those Australian writters and tell me which one of them are Americans working there on visas to write about American news on a fake us news site.

I did my work already. You lin fans are too lazy to care about legitimacy.

I'll give you an american name.
Jeremy lin. He's from palo alto california.

    See?

Go give me those writers info.

The point is you are a mcgrady troll and lin fans try to deflect that they use non legit sites for stories to prop up their hero.

What you both have in common is that you have no love for the rockets.

This season pretty much debunked the narrative that Lin is a defense liability

What he is now and what he was before don't have to be the same thing. It does, however, say something about the coaching on the Rockets (and Lakers).

So Lin is a poor man's Beverley?

He is being asked to focus on defense and spot up. What Beverley is to Harden, Lin is to Walker and Batum. LOL.

Guess what? That is the exact role Lin was asked to play when he shared court time with Harden and yet Lin fans made a big cry about Lin being marginalized and being held back by Harden from being the all star and great PG that he is.

I think this is more accurate.

    Team defense > individual defense.

Hornets have mostly avg defenders. Batum and Walker is probably above avg. Rockets have some very good individual defenders in Howard and Bev.

Hornets is one of the top defensive team.
Rockets is almost dead last in defense.

It's a system and player buying into the system. Great individual defense can help but can't overcome weak team defense.

An example that most would be familiar here. Lin was an avg to poor defender for the Rockets. Lin is a good defender for the Hornet. That statement isn't really correct. Lin hasn't change much. What change is his defensive role and the team defense system that enable him to have a more positive impact on the defensive side under the Hornet system.

The sum is greater than individual parts apply to team defense.

I believe they are not American. But I did not reach that conclusion based on their names as you did. Own your mistake and keep your self-respect.

The difference here is that Kemba Walker is a legit starting PG, whereas Beverley was not and was given the starting nod over Lin for reasons other than ability. The fact that he got more minutes per game in Houston speaks directly to the fact that he was better than Beverly...compared to Charlotte, where the Hornets have a legit starting PG so Lin is used fairly on the 2nd team.

I reached the conclusion because i pointed out that it was an Australian site.
    You just proved me right.

    They aren't Americans.

Just like how lin only fans aren't Charlotte fans or rockets fans

Your mistake that you didn't read my previous post.

    Admit your mistake

I read your previous posts. The previous posts did not change the intent of your post about the writers' names.

You may have concluded to yourself that they weren't American properly by looking at where the website is owned and run. But you tried to tell everyone here that the names of the writers was a good way to determine that they weren't Americans, which is wrong.

You wrote "look at these writers, none of them are American either" and listed a set of names. Clearly you are trying to use the names to point of that they aren't American.

It was wrong. Own your mistake.

As far as being a Rockets fan or Charlotte fan...I am a former NJ Nets fan who is looking for a team to root for ever since the Nets moved to Brooklyn (I hate Brooklyn). Thought about changing that tune when Kevin Garnett joined them, but my hate for Brooklyn took precedence. That said, I originally started rooting for the Rockets when they drafted Yao Ming, and I will still hope that they do well once they pass thru this James Harden/Daryl Morey phase. Until they do, I will be a fan of the team that Jeremy Lin plays for...and my main hope is that the team wins and that Lin plays a significant role in the team's success. He doesn't need to be a starter, and getting only 15-20 minutes per game is fine...

My intent was to prove the lof tactics were based on desperation.

I further posted the names of the writers as proof.

I am right and you are wrong.

    Period

    You owe me an apology

    I'm pure rockets fan.

"I further posted the names of the writers as proof". This is exactly my point. How are the names "further proof"? You just admitted to making a mistake. Own it and say you're sorry. It's the right thing to do...
