Wow already. I really love finding out people's real verticals, height, reach, etc.. Agents are constantly fibbing to inflate their clients' value.

It's a shame how awful this draft is. First time in years I simply can't get excited for it.

9'7 reach for Gobert. Damn. And 237.6 pounds, which is at least 20 pounds more than I'd think by the looks of him. I guess he had a big meal before the combine. :giggle:

So weird. For some, shoes add 1" in height. For others, 1.25 or 1.5 or 1.75 or 2. I thought those extra thick shoes were intended for arthritic elderly folk, not professional athletes.

Oladipo comes in with a MONSTER 42" max vertical. Highest since Josh Selby and Iman Shumpert in 2011.

Toney mitchel has a massive vertical. Wow. I wonder if I can go to watch the combine or if ill need a press pass. It's def hyping me up for the draft.

Cody Zeller's standing vert of 35.5" was highest ever recorded for player 6-9 or taller in last decade. #NBADraftCombine

Cody Zeller with a 37.5" max vert and a good 10.82 sec lane agility drill. Best athlete of the centers here from a testing standpoint.

Zeller isn't a Center anymore. He's now a stretch 4, get your act together, Ford.

    I just graduated from IU...

Oladipo SHOULD go top 5 in this draft. He's a game changer. Best defensive player in this draft. Unbelievable athleticism and length. In one of the IU Michigan games, he had more than 30 deflections. Thats his game...very pesky, will create a ton of turnovers.

Zeller will be a GREAT fit for a young and gun team, a la the Rockets, Nuggets, Warriors, etc. He obviously won't drop that far, but he had the fastest full court sprint of any big, and even outran Oladipo.

People are sleeping on Zeller, but he'll be one helluva pro. Maybe not at all-star, but he can have a 10-12 year career. Smart player. Good teammate. Great athlete. Getting stronger. JUST 21.

I still think Zeller is the best player in this draft.

Zeller's measurements reminds me of Thomas Robinson last year - Relatively undersized for the position, but with excellant vertical and speed.

According to the combine, he's just short of 6"11' bare foot. The problem is (the same issue as DMO) short wingspan and long head/neck, so his standing reach of 8"10' is the same as Trob, and shorter than TJ.

By comparison, Faried is only 6"6' but has a standing reach of 9".

Ryan Kelly is bigger then i thought, measuring a shade under 7 ft w/t shoes and a 9'2 standing reach.

Steven Adams also looks like he has the making a legit center, measuring a legit 7ft w/t a 7'4.5 wingspan and 9'1.5 standing reach.
