Let me just explain something that I'm not sure you guys are aware of. "Auto" spring training is going by what the game calls "coach's recommendations," which means some values will be higher than 5 and some lower depending on what areas the game thinks your players need improvement in. If you want every area left at 5, which is the safest route - few major improvements, but very, very few declines - then it would be better to go with "default" (which is 5s all around) rather than "auto" (which isn't). Auto is higher risk/higher reward than default is.
